Mailchimp Integration

There are two big reasons for why you might want to connect Moonbase with your Mailchimp account for improved marketing campaigns:

1. To synchronize new subscribers coming in through Moonbase
2. To enrich Mailchimp subscribers with relevant tags

Our Mailchimp integration is built to do both seamlessly, and will upon activation in the Moonbase App create all the same groups you have in Moonbase, in your Mailchimp account.

Getting started

This integration is built as an app which you can grant access to for your Mailchimp account. Get started by opening the integration configuration in your Moonbase account:

A Mailchimp page will open where you can authenticate and then authorize the Moonbase app to allow us to keep subscribers up-to-date:

Once enabled, it will start synchronizing all current customers in your Moonbase account, both their current subscription status, as well as any synchronizing tags for any groups they are in.

Since Moonbase automatically keeps track of which customers owns which products through groups, you will have a number of subscriber tags automatically syncronized for owners of your different products. This is a powerful tool to keep marketing campaigns targeted towards the part of your audience where it can make the most impact.
