Our Company will keep your personal data for as long as you have an active account with us. At the moment you choose to terminate the account, we will delete any unnecessary data.

If you have an active dialog with us, your data is stored for 24 months from the latest interaction. Active dialog means having interacted with Moonbase by phone, by responding to emails, by downloading material from the Website, or by registering via a form.

Log Files

Moonbase follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
